Your new role
You will be joining the firms exciting and fast growing Outsourcing department to work alongside a high calibre team and colleague network. You will be performing an industry type position without sacrificing the variety, buzz, progression prospects and the perks of Practice.

You will provide financial operations and strategic advice to the firm's diverse and impression client portfolio. This will include the completion of all monthly ledger work booking of accruals and prepayments, fixed assets and completion of monthly management accounts. You will control reconciliations, cash-flow forecasts and conduct an analytical review of the P&L, variance analysis and appropriate commentary

You will also mentor and review the work of junior members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have experience with Management Accounts. You will be an out-going and ambitious individual who finds it easy to build rapport and communicate with people at all levels. You will be comfortable in a client facing role and have good IT skills.

Ideally this role is suited to Practice trained Accountants who have been on secondment within Industry or who have direct Industry experience.
