Job Purpose To assist in with the collection of aged debt. Key Responsibilities Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and letters to ensure invoices are paid in line with agreed client payment terms. Maintain an accurate record of client communications/chasing activity on the accounts system. To resolve disputed invoice queries and escalate any issues to FD & SCC To assist in any legal action required for unpaid/delayed payments. Allocate client receipts onto the accounts system. Send out monthly statements. To ensure KPI's are met for debtors days, cash collection and aged debt profile. To have a weekly debtor review meeting with FD & SCC. Undertake account reconciliations as required. Provide ad-hoc reporting as required. Skills/Attributes Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels. Competence in Microsoft office products namely word and excel Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience of accounting software and banking systems.
