Are you a proven, revenue-generating relationship builder? They are looking for an Insurance Consulting IFRS 17 Finance Director to join their team. As a Director in the team you'll be part of the leadership team and play a key part in influencing and shaping the strategic development of the team. About the role: You'll be joining a talented team who bring innovative thoughts and a natural curiosity to the work they do each day. Client Delivery: You'll be responsible for leading their Finance transformation services for clients to deliver business value. Business Development: You'll be responsible for providing finance transformation advice and leading sales activity including client proposals and presentations with clients, as well as working alongside partners to win, deliver and grow work. Thought Leadership: You'll create innovative insights for clients looking to leverage the latest technology developments to improve their finance transformation strategies and operations, and contribute to thought leadership. Practice Development: You'll will be responsible for the ongoing development of the finance transformation practice including new offerings, as well as recruitment, on boarding, and ongoing mentoring and coaching of their people. Essential skills & experience: You should have experience of some of the following: A consulting track record within the financial services and particularly insurance industry Finance transformation Technical experience, including understanding of accounting principles and reporting and regulatory experience, including IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel III, Sox and GDPR Finance systems implementation A process Consultant who can focus on Finance Insurance Operating Model, Process or Shared Services A technology Consultant' with experience in Finance systems and data architecture design and implementation Risk and regulatory complexity Significant knowledge of the insurance market, across life, non-life, general insurance or London Markets
