We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Credit Control Assistant to join our Finance team based at our Head Office in Crewe As our Credit Control Assistant you will be responsible for raising invoices and credits as well as supporting with all administration and assistance to the Credit Controllers to ensure debt is monitored and controlled effectively. Key responsibilities as our Credit Control Assistant are:
• Raising of invoices & credits
• Following up with customers for payment on the advertising ledger
• Following up with franchisees for payment of failed direct debits
• Dealing with all customer issues regarding copy invoices/credits/DD statements
• Providing all general office duties including photocopying and answering the phone
• Ensure the safe storage of finance information About you...
