This role needs someone who is an advanced expert modeller, is used to dealing with external investors, has M&A experience and can add value to the long term strategic plan. Responsibilities will include: Internal reporting: Prepare monthly trading review packs (actual and forecast v budget) Prepare monthly aggregated finance board pack Manage the risks / opportunities reporting and assess impact on covenants Run the annual budget process. Run the annual 5 year strategic plan process Develop and roll out the reporting software Run the long term cash flow forecast. Demonstrate deep understanding of revenue and capex forecasting. Report on debt covenants. Contribute to developing ongoing efficiency savings Board reporting: Prepare bi-monthly powerpoint full board pack Produce board budget pack External reporting: Work with external finance community on preparing financial models and investor presentations for refinancing Develop and update the quarterly funders operating model M&A due diligence and integration. Required experience and skillset: Must have an advanced Excel Modelling skillset Be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Have been through a few M&A deals Good communication skills If you have the relevant experience and skillset for the Senior FP&A Manager role, do submit your CV.
