Established and growing Software / SaaS business based in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This will be a busy role with the opportunity to take ownership over your client relationships, problems and solutions. About the role: Day to day collection of due and overdue invoices Working pro-actively to ensure payment before invoices become overdue Working through problems to resolve older / outstanding debt issues Handling queries and resolving problems, working with other teams internally to do so Assist with monthly and weekly reporting and reconciliations Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring collection targets are met About the employer: Informal working environment with smart casual dress Team environment where people take responsibility and look out for each other Good track record of developing staff within the business, both in current office and throughout the UK with transparent internal job opportunities Nice working offices and lots of free parking About you: An experienced credit controller with 3-5 year experience Experience or desire to have exposure to legal action on accounts, highly desirable, including court attendance Able to reconcile complex accounts Able to demonstrate team work and perseverance Confident and polite telephone style and comms skills Able to demonstrate the ability to own problems and resolutions for clients Please apply today for immediate CV review.
