An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading organisation in Glasgow City Centre for a Billings Analyst to work within their Credit Control department. You will be an Excel super user with experience in downloading financial data from various Finance softwares in order to analyse discrepancies that may appear on invoices prior to completing reconciliations. Your Duties; Communicate internally and externally as required to progress e-billing client management Maintain detailed client and candidate reconciliations in all e-billing platforms Analysis of time and costs in relation to the client billing guidelines detailed in contracts Support the processing of bills for our e-billing clients ensuring all client requirements are being met Manage the uploading, monitoring and tracking of e-bills, ensuring that these are submitted within agreed SLA Liaise with portal clients to resolve any systems issues and ensure that client specific requirements are implemented correctly Manage cash allocation to ensure a turnaround of 48 hours from receipt Transforming large amounts of data into digestible and actionable system Providing insight into root causes to drive continued improvement in billing performance Support senior management with their day to day needs including analysis and reporting to help shape business decisions All queries logged via the central finance system Provide analytical information and suggest process improvement Reduce age debt to 3% Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
