The role provides project support to the commercial teams and will be responsible for project revenue/cost estimates and project accounting. The postholder will partner the business areas to understand, standardise and improve their reporting of projects, meet with commercial leaders to analyse results and promptly resolve discrepancies, and partner with the Sales and Operational teams to ensure project reporting is timely, accurate and complete. In addition, the incumbent will build close relationships with commercial teams regarding contract terms, details and billing to maximise revenue opportunities. Finally, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for special projects from time to time on behalf of senior management, in addition to working on continuous improvements within the Finance team. To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you will either be a newly qualified ACA from a Big 4/Top 10/20 accountancy firm who is looking for their first move into industry OR a CIMA/ACCA newly qualified, with a commercial analysis background in a Project based industry (ideally Technology or similar) seeking a broad highly commercial role where you can truly make a difference in an organisation's growth.
