Management Accountant Loughborough To £30k Permanent The Opportunity A highly successful Loughborough business with a turnover of c£30m operating within a specialist sector and boasts strong contracts with major businesses is seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to a newly created role following a restructure. The Role Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with management, you will be responsible for maintaining and producing accurate and timely financial information for the company. Key Responsibilities will also include Preparation & analysis of monthly management accounts; Maintenance and reconciliation of the Fixed Asset Register; Assist with annual budgets and forecasts; Working with external auditors to deliver annual statutory accounts; Liaising with non-finance staff regarding departmental results Preparation of monthly and weekly payroll information prior to submission to external payroll bureau Supporting the running of the finance dept. The Candidate We are seeking an experienced accountant, essentially skilled within reporting, analysis of data and it's interpretation, able to challenge the status quo. Whilst qualified or part qualified is preferred, experience is key. Payroll knowledge is desirable but not essential Essential Skills Management accounts production Able to manage and report on Fixed Assets Budgeting & Forecasting Strong Excel skills - Pivots, Look-Up's etc Team Player
