Our Trafford Contract is a 15 year contract to provide Waste Collection, Street Cleaning, Highways Maintenance, Street Lighting infrastructure and Professional Services on behalf of Trafford Council. Role Overview We are looking to appoint an accomplished Finance Manager to join the team based in Wythenshawe. In this challenging and high profile role, you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support to senior stakeholders, driving forward successful decision making and business performance. You will also be responsible for the production and reporting of the monthly accounts, cashflow management, budgets and regular reforecasts. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will work as part of the leadership team to provide a clear view of business performance, costs and cash management. This is a commercially focused Finance position that will work closely with our Commercial Director and Finance Director to manage contract performance, as well as key stakeholders across the group. What are we looking for? Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with significant post qualification experience Strong technical finance knowledge with the ability to manage month end from start to finish Proficient in the use of MS Excel to an advanced level Highly developed communication skills Experience of working within Infrastructure environment, specifically Highways, Rail, Construction would be preferred. Knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage
