Are you looking for your next step in Finance? We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join us and really make a difference. This is a great opportunity to further your career in finance or to gain experience working for a large organization. This role will be critical in ensuring the npower retail business meets statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including quarterly group reporting, statutory accounts, and the Ofgem regulatory reporting requirements. This role will consist of high profile activity across the wider npower Finance team, including assisting in the delivery of consolidation reporting, supporting the intercompany reconciliation process and the production of allocated statutory accounts. What we are looking for This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career, having recently qualified or if you have a technical background, including Audit. Ideally, you will be/have the following: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Part qualified considered. Disciplined, detailed approach with attention to detail and an eye on the quality of output. A strong working knowledge of financial accounting standards and their practical application with the self-drive and motivation to develop knowledge further. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a confident and articulate manner. Ability to provide technical financial to the business Highly developed prioritisation skills to enable various tasks to be completed accurately, on time and to a high standard.
