We're looking for an entrepreneurial and committed Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Kegworth. So what else can we tell you about this key role at Refresco? This key position reports directly to the accounts payable manager and operates as an integral part of the team, ensuring the prompt processing of purchase invoices received and processing them for payment within agreed terms and conditions. Included is also the day to day support of entering appropriate nominal ledger codes on invoices received, ensuring all invoices are registered on receipt to ensure the appropriate period is charged with the relevant expense, checking the reconciliation of all supplier statements and that appropriate actions are taken to ensure the ledger represents a true and fair position in relation to each company. Assisting in accurately making supplier payments, matching supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolving supplier queries. What can you bring to our table? We're also looking for the successful candidate to have:-
• GCSE Math and English or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance Administration.
• Previous experience in dealing with accounts payable/purchase ledger.
• Knowledge of Finance Systems. SAP preferable.
• Basic MS Excel. What we bring to the table As our Accounts Payable Assistant, we'll pay you a salary of up to £20,000 per annum, 4% bonus, as well 2 x basic salary life assurance, pension contribution plus 25 days holiday (in addition to bank holidays).
