Change Recruitment have an excellent project opportunity with a leading financial service organisation to recruitment an experienced Business Analyst with a Regulatory project environment. This contract role will sit within a live project environment and be tasked with delivering regulatory requirements for FINREP, CRDIV and Forbearance Reporting, understanding new regulatory processes, capture the business and data requirements for risks for reporting, testing and embedding into the finance 'BAU' reporting process. Reporting to a Project Manager and Finance Lead, core responsibilities of the role are: - Knowledge and interpretation of finance and regulatory reporting i.e. FINREP, CRDIV and Forbearance Reporting - Statutory Reporting - Design and facilitate workshops to analyse, define and prioritise requirements, challenge and agree outcomes to ensure effective requirements development - Create accurate 'as is' and 'to be' business models for process and benefit analysis and impact assessment - Develop cross business user acceptance plans - Engage with multiple stakeholders across business and product areas, delivery high quality and maintaining and enhance relationships - Identification, mitigation and escalation of risks and issues - Deliver continuous improvement BA techniques to drive solutions and sharing best practice - Execute functional and user acceptance testing cycles and perform analysis of results This role will suit an experienced Accountant with significant BA skills (5 years), will also be advantageous to have delivered on regulatory change projects. You will also be able to demonstrate advanced use of MS Excel, Access etc. This is an initial 6 month contract, with funding in place till end of 2019 - there is also a contingency into 2020. Day rate: £400
