Finance Analyst - start up Pharma


Your new company

A high growth start-up Pharmaceutical business who are looking to grow 5 times in the next 5 years. They are present in over 50 countries and have a portfolio of medicines covering many areas and continue to develop and produce with new and innovative treatments. They are growing rapidly and need support in their finance function and are looking for Finance Analyst to come on board.

Your new role

It is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid role where you will work closely with senior leadership. The role will involve Opex reporting and analysis and working with the Central and Eastern European markets. You will be managing the accounting for the entities, and be covering all aspects of accounting from management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, fixed assets, inventory, CapEx, OpEx etc. The company operates as a start-up; therefore, they need someone comfortable with that and is and happy to develop the role themselves. Processes are currently manual and there is a fair bit of transactional reconciliation and excel work. This role would suit someone qualified, self-starter, eager to do process improvement but doesn't mind getting their hands into the details.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a newly qualified accountant, either ACA/ACCA/CIMA background or industry trained. Ideally from a Pharmaceutical industry background. Polish, French or Italian language would be an advantage.
