Your new company

You will be working for a leading Higher Education provider as a Head of Finance for a leading faculty that has major academic development planned and is a leading research area.

Your new role

You will be the senior finance professional and play an important role developing strategy. An important aspect of this role will be in developing and implementing business and finance strategies. You will lead a large and diverse team and need to ensure that financial plans are prepared on an annual basis.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified accountant or have significant substantial experience. You will need to have experience managing business and financial strategies and experience of managing a team. You will also be able to demonstrate substantial skills and experience in setting standards of performance, financial planning, forecasting and budget monitoring and control. Along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have excellent IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft office. A knowledge of SAP would be highly desirable.
