Your new role
In this role, you will be heading up the UK operational payroll and benefits function. You will have a team of HR & Payroll professionals to manage a payroll of around 3000+ employees. You will be liaising regularly with the external benefit providers, and ensuring all relating administration is completed accurately and on time. In addition, you will manage any key HR processes that are related to the function. Their will be future projects to get involved with which will involve change management, process improvement and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview, you will have a strong technical understanding of all things relating to payroll processing and management. You will have strong management skills and experience and have experience working with benefits. Any understanding of change management in relation to process improvement or implementation would be advantageous.
