On behalf of a business based in the centre of Reading I am recruiting for a permanent Finance/Commissions Analyst to join their expanding commercial finance team.

Description

The successful applicant for this permanent role will get exposure to following key duties:

• Shared responsibility for administering monthly and quarterly pay schemes for 1,000+ colleagues across our sales and customer operations departments
• Conduct preliminary audits of bonus and incentive submissions
• Updating and testing pay models to reflect changes to pay schemes
• Calculation of non-standard bonus schemes to support business needs
• Seeking approval from senior sales and customer operations management for bonus payments
• Supporting sales and customer operations with queries relating to bonus payments
• Reviewing and updating our internally published pay plans to ensure they accurately reflect the latest bonus scheme
• Provide support to our Targeting Analyst to roll over monthly and quarterly target packs
• Work closely with other members of the commercial finance and payroll teams to share knowledge and ensure targets, reporting and pay are consistent and deadlines are met

Profile

To be considered for this permanent role you must posses the following:

• Excellent eye for detail and good numeracy skills
• Intermediate excel skills e.g. VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Educated to a degree level in a numerical subject or equivalent
• Experience in administering bonus schemes would be useful
