Finance Business Partner

My client is reputable university based in Central London. They are looking to recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for making sure we accurately budget, forecast and report on income and expenditure. You will be responsible for providing relevant, timely analysis for all costs, including people, equipment and property as well as analysing internal and external costs. In addition, you will be responsible for helping to improve financial awareness across the organisation by building relationships and engaging stakeholders in the process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for understanding the work of the other financial business partners, as well as our senior finance team and the systems and reporting team.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant or a passed finalist with proven experience in a role with excellent stakeholder relationships as well as deep rooted accounting knowledge. You will have proven experience of being able to drive decision making and introduce change while consulting stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills with financial and scenario modelling skills are essential.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum working for a highly prestigious organisation in an excellent Central London location. An excellent benefits package is also included.
