Are you an experienced management accountant/finance business partner seeking the opportunity to join a commercial, values-led organisation? If you're confident you can answer these questions, we'd love to hear from you The Challenge As an important member of an already highly-regarded team, as Finance Business Partner, you will partner with the business in creating budgets and forecasts, providing support and advice on decision making. Responsible for first line support to the business on financial performance and management account queries. Given that the structure of the team provides you with substantial exposure to senior stakeholders within the internal management team for the division, we anticipate that you will become the de-facto, second-in-line in the team; representing Finance in key meetings, championing best-practice across the business and providing pastoral support and development to peers and colleagues where needed. What are we looking for in you? You are an experienced management accountant or Finance Business Partner, qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or qualified by experience; A working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting; Ability to work with and influence people at all levels; Customer focussed attitude; Ability to work concurrently on a wide range of duties; Self-motivated and ability to meet regular deadlines; Living a sensible commute from Swindon.
