There are several excellent opportunities to develop as a Finance Business Partner with a prestigious NHS Trust based in Central London. This is an exciting time to join as the Trust is currently experiencing positive changes and has recently created these new positions. Your role will be to facilitate a high level of collaboration between the Finance Team and Trust business areas. As well as consulting, supporting and influencing important decisions, you will also have the opportunity to be the lead finance person for the division and directly influence and implement change. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Trust divisions and their complex financial and performance drivers Build strong relationships with business area Directors and Managers and work together to cost effectively deliver Trust strategic objectives Facilitate productive working relationships and clear communication with the wider Finance Team Act as an expert Advisor to Trust business decision makers and their teams, to assist them to work with financial systems, governance structures and constraints The ideal candidate will have been educated to degree level, hold a CCAB qualification and have a proven track record working closely with senior managers and influencing stakeholders. In addition to this it is important that you have experience providing high quality financial analysis and reporting within a large, complex organisation. You must be bright, have the ability to work independently and have a positive attitude towards learning and development.
