Finance Assistant Permanent £35,000 - £40,000 Milton Keynes We are pleased to be assisting our client in Buckinghamshire with a great opportunity to join their Finance Team. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining of financial records in an accurate and presentable form within time limits. Preparation of financial information and reports. Month End - Journals, reconciliations, provisions. Work with Internal and External Auditors Prepare journals and process financial information, reviewing any unusual items. Ensure the relevant levels of authorisation are strictly adhered to. Prepare VAT returns. Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts and maintain Fixed Asset records. Control and administer royalties and rebates. Prepare Management Accounts, Year-End and Half-Year accounts, Capital Expenditure reports and other reports as required. Review these with Financial Director prior to publication. Assist in the preparation of annual budget and any associated analysis. Review accuracy of Bought Ledger coding. We are looking for someone with: Who is either qualified by experience or part qualified.
