I am currently recruiting for a driven, enthusiastic and experienced Credit Controller to join a forward thinking, dynamic company in Manchester City Centre, on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for multiple companies within the organisation, working within a team and reporting to the Credit Manager. You will work on your own initiative to ensure any outstanding payments are dealt with efficiently and effectively, whilst being responsible for: Query management Building solid relationships with internal & external customers Implementing new processes and scrutinising current processes Contributing in meetings to discuss when to escalate You must have excellent customer services skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets. A positive, self-motivated attitude and excellent attention to detail is essential.
