Accounts Payable Clerk St Albans £25,000 - £27,000 A fantastic opportunity to join large construction company as an Accounts payable clerk based in St Albans. Great exposure and chance to develop your existing skills in an experienced team. This is an opportunity for someone that is available immediately and is looking for a permanent role. About the accounts payable position: The purchase ledger will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries and reconciling supplier accounts. Key responsibilities include:- Being responsible for all supplier invoices Accurate inputting and reporting Liaison with commercial Managers regarding payments Managing workload and prioritising tasks Assisting the wider finance team when needed Full supplier statement reconciliation Scanning and filing Processing Main supplier Invoices, code in Excel & then load and cost into Coins In depth supplier query management Experience and skills required:- Purchase ledger experience is essential for this role Strong excel skills are required for this role- including v look ups and pivot tables High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Working in a volume, fast paced environment in Accounts Payable team Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures To apply Please submit your CV or call Lydia Calvin on , alternatively please email
