Accounts Assistant (Commercial Properties) Manchester City Centre (Free Onsite City Centre Parking) Monday - Friday - 9:00AM - 5:30PM (Flexible hours) £20,000 - £23,000 I am currently recruiting for a growing and hugely successful commercial property business based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, they are looking to add a enthusiastic and motivated individual to be a part of the friendly team. They now have exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join them, you will be responsible for: Duties -Accurately inputting and processing invoices and resolving any queries -Completing bank & intercompany reconciliations -Processing Intercompany payments & other procedures as needed. -Ad-hoc accountancy tasks as required. -Credit Control including sending out weekly statements to customers. -Working closely with the team and management to resolve any invoice discrepancies. -Ad-Hoc responsibilities when required, i.e. cover for absent colleagues, administrative duties ect. What we are looking for -Previous working experience within Accounts (Purchase Ledger Assistant, Accounts Admin, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant ect) -Must have used Sage software in the past. -Must have dealt with Intercompany payments in the past. -Worked within Property Services or has knowledge/interest in Commercial Property Services. -Motivated to succeed and take more responsibility as the role grows. -Hardworking with excellent attention to detail. -Friendly and able to work individually and as part of an team.
