Purchase Ledger - £20-22,000 Job Purpose: (general) Principal Reports: Assistant Accountant (there may be others) Main Accountabilities: (there may be others) To Ensure that: Accurate coding, processing and posting of supplier invoices Ensuring Accounts Payable month-end close is performed timely and accurately Liaising and where necessary, assisting with credit control Control and management of P/L accounts and monitoring P/L email inbox Supplier reconciliations Uploading sales and purchasing information to the ledgers Performing Bank reconciliations Assisting in payment runs Any adhoc duties that may evolve over the course of the role Principal Skills & Attributes Required: Hard worker Organised and able to work on own initiatives Problem Solver Focused Competent Excel skills Previous experience within vibrant accounts team Behaviours Required: Positive, 'Can do' attitude at all times Flexible approach to work and workload Open and honest approach at all times Strong customer awareness skills Team player Unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, if Copperfield Recruitment Ltd has not contacted you within five days of your application then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
