Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner in this niche and fast paced manufacturing facility in Newport. Role Reporting to the FD: whilst being an integral part of the wider management team and a key stakeholder in the finance function, this role will support the delivery of the company targets by conducting holistic analysis of financial and non-financial business performance across the business. The role holder will own and manage the management reporting and forecasting work streams for the Company. An ability to communicate efficiently and effectively up- and down-stream is essential. They will also provide key business insights and messaging related to commercial performance, and through effective engagement with the Senior Management Team And external stakeholders, identify opportunities that can be actioned to improve our business results, whilst managing down business risks. Working in a small, but dynamic team, the role holder will need to be flexible and be prepared to work with the transactional team during peak times through the month (month end close and key milestone reporting dates). He / she will also be expected to drive and manage ad hoc finance projects, as required, and will be actively involved in the work streams relating to the wider vision.
