You will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team across HR, Branch and Product marketing in identifying, shaping and defining strategic opportunities to help deliver the groups growth ambitions, cost saving strategies, and maximising profit. You will work with stakeholders throughout the business to drive the strategic agenda. As this is a newly created team you can really make the role your own. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Finance Business Partnering team in expanding the strategic capability across the organisation Developing high quality, clear, concise outputs which supports effective engagement with senior leaders and the Executive Committee Providing meaningful financial information that will initiate change throughout the departments Provide clear MI supporting and appraising key initiatives Ad Hoc project work The Person As a 2:1 graduate or above, you will have first class stakeholder management skills and an inquisitive nature. The role would suit a part qualified CIMA or ACCA candidate with experience of management accounting (or a finance analyst) who is seeking a role that will develop them in a commercial way.
