If so, we would like to hear from you About the Job: Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will require you to oversee the application of key controls and checking disciplines on a real time basis. This is a very hands-on role which will require you being involved in the daily flow of the business. This role will suit somebody who is looking for a 'whole of business' finance control post as a step up from perhaps a management accounting role. The Ideal Candidate: Ledgers management and financial reporting experience CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Experience working within the fresh produce industry is preferred but not essential. Able to build effective relationships in order to influence and deliver tight deadlines. Enthusiastic about ensuring accurate data on a right first-time basis. Enthusiastic about improving processes A strong team player who can effectively support other team members in their role. A strong eye for detail.
