In this role you will be working in the billing team and assisting with raising and sending out invoices, preparing paperwork and generating reports. Key


• Processing paperwork to ensure required outputs are ready for inspection and dispatch
• Raising invoices in accounting system
• Dispatching invoices internally and to external clients
• Assisting the team in pricing certain jobs using a specialist cost manual
• Assisting with the preparation of internal reports
• Providing general admin support for accounts team Essential Skills/ Experience:
• Previous s experience in an accounts role would be preferred
• Experience of working with multi-currencies would be beneficial
• Good MS Office skills and any knowledge of accountancy software would be useful
• Organised with good time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
