responsibilities:
Relationship management with suppliers Set-up of new suppliers on system Review and management of internal PO system Expense budget tracking Generating monthly supplier payment recommendation Sales ledger

responsibilities:
Review of customer requests for credit and recommendations of appropriate credit limits Approval of customer credit notes Monthly analysis of credit notes by reason code Review of over-due customers / recommending accounts for follow up Payroll

responsibilities:
Monthly timesheet review Change request management (employee payroll or pension details) Processing of employee expense claims Month end

responsibilities:
Review of completed bank reconciliation Preparation of fixed asset register Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Processing of journals The Person To be considered you will: Have experience in a similar role Ideally be AAT qualified or working towards your qualification Confident Excel user (V lookups, pivot tables etc) Be confident in handling accounts up to trial balance Be ambitious and willing to progress over time
