Newtonfirst are looking for a credit controller for its south lanarkshire based client, our client is a rapidly expnading and due to new acquasitions are looking to grow there strong credit control team. We are looking for someone with experince in credit control and a passion for working with a developing brand. Manage cash collecion targets Identify changes in payment patterns Handle disputed invoices and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms Provide accurate advice on customer invoice queries to bring quicker resolution Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested Allocation of credits to customer accounts mitigating the risk of debt ageing Undertake customer account reconciliations as required Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required Send out customer statements/invoices as requested Provide cover for other department functions as requested Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Department Manager.
