BTG have been engaged in a Search and Selection process for a City Center based client to secure the services of a new Finance Manager (Shared Services). The role of Finance Manager has been created following the restructuring of my clients finance team as they continue to grow their structure to support both organic and acquisitive growth. As Finance Manager for the Shared Services team, you will be in a business critical position, supporting the growth plans as my clients moves towards H2 2019. My client is a leading figure in their market and they have a solid client base, which they are adding to as they continue with Market Share Growth The nature of my clients business is such that they have a real growth opportunity, which requires the input of an accounting professional, who understands that this growth will require a foundation of solid accounting practices and procedures which will enable a robust framework to support the commercial and technical upskilling of the teams. The Role This is a Finance Managers position which is well suited to a strong people manager who is looking for a role where they can use their experience within high performing finance teams, and leverage of this while adding value to the organisation.
