As a Junior Finance Assistant- Swansea you will be responsible for; Reconciliation of staff expense claims Dealing with the initial payment process for vendor invoices, liaising with other departments in the process; Day to day admin/emails relating to finance; Leasing with the US payments departments; Ongoing development and adhoc duties.
