DescriptionThe finance Business partner will be responsible for :-
Great relationships with the Operations/Supply Chain Director and direct reports, providing financial support and challenge
Lead and deliver month end reporting, in accordance with the Group guidelines ensuring integrity of (and understanding behind) the numbers,
Delivery of budget and planning process including development of the three year plan. Presenting budget and estimates to the Operations/Supply Chain team
Work with the Operations/Supply Chain teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all capital spend, raising challenges and driving course-correction, based on financial / commercial information
Providing financial support, ad hoc analysis and project leadership to highlight challenges or opportunities in delivering operational targets.
Implementing controls to manage and report on working capital expenditure to drive improved cash flow for the business
The Finance Business Partner will need to:
