Finance Manager - Interim

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Finance Manager to run the department in Lydney, Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic role and you will be involved in directing the site to maximum profitability. As well as being day to day hands- on in items such as payroll and pension admin, you will also be responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports.

The position involves oversight of general accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting and budgetary controls plus day to day supervision of Team members.You will report directly to VP of Finance, and will work closely on a day to day basis with the local Plant Manager and site team.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified accountant and have at least 5 years' experience in the manufacturing sector or similar. Advance Excel skills are required as is experience of a variety of accounting and ERP systems.

Lydney is within easy commuting distance of Bristol, South Wales, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Herefordshire
