Job Description: Sal upto 40 k Gender preference Any Qualification MBA In Finance JD:- 1) Financial Planning and Budgeting: Preparation of Corporate Budget Annual and long term budgeting (Three Year Budget) through active co- ordination with Vertical/ Business Heads and Functional Heads Planning and preparation of cash forecast and ensuring inflow of cash Establishing systems for recording of daily business transactions in the sequence of their dates and validating the integrity of the information presented in the form of financial statements by adhering to certain fundamental truths and uniform enforcement of fundamental accounting principles. Responsible for entire finance function of the unit including maintenance of books and records. The main purpose is to ensure financial control by establishing effective systems. Responsibilities include: Planning & Fund collection from various customer as per TAT Working closely with Business heads, Principals & business partners to check & Verify document commercial terms and Principal agreements. Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable Preparation of Monthly and yearly budget and Board approval Rollout of approved corporate budget to the respective Vertical/ Business Heads and Functional Heads Evaluation of Capital Projects & Business Preparation of Business plan for the new identified businesses for investment 2) MIS / Budgeting: Monitoring and Managing the daily Working capital requirement Assisting in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including Budget vs Actual variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variances. Preparation and circulation of MIS Report on periodical basis to the top management for review. 3) Handling and clear disputed cases Handling n resolve the disputed cases of all vertical Fund collection from disputed account. 4) Team Building , Handling and retention of your team Desired Skills: Developed financial management/ accounting skills are essential. Financial Planning, Executing & Reporting Leadership Team building , Holding & Retaining Strong Math & Financial Analysis skill Proactive Approach & Target Oriented Must Have Experience in Fund collection and handling dispute clients and resolution of it Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority Ability to manage with heads of other departments.
