JOB DESCRIPTION: To process trade finance operations transactions using the trade related systems accurately within the required time frames and strictly in line with the laid down Banks standards and requirement. ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES: ACCOUNTABILITIES No. Accountability Description 1. Transaction Administration Process transactions in line with the trade finance policy, standard operating procedures, credit terms and conditions without any errors with agreed timeframes 2. Stakeholder Management Liase with the relationship team to acquire necessary approvals required for transactions handling to ensure adherence with policies and procedures 3. Information and Record Keeping Maintain records and information relating to the transactions and reconciliation of accounts in line with the bank standards 4. Self-Management Manage self in line with the Client people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance. 5. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, procedures and processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders. 6. Customer Service Demonstrate our promise and apply the Client standards to deliver banks required level of service in all internal and external communication QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Business/ Accounting or equivalent CERTIFICATION Banking Specialization form the institute of Financial Services like CDCS, URDG, CITF, governed by ICC or equivalent is preferred EXPERIENCE (Must to have skills): 2 years of experience in Trade Finance along with knowledge of banking and accounting systems for core trade products SET YOURSELF APART: (Good to have skills): Verbal and Written Skills MS Office Excel and Access Interested candidates can reach me out in below mentioned details.
