• Define Financial Standards, policies and procedures to meet organizational goals
• Design Financial Strategy and performance parameters at corporate level.
• Assist in preparation of business plans and financial forecasting for new businesses being considering by the company
• Planning and Preparation of Annual Budgets.
• Regular Monitoring and taking corrective timely actions to ensure that expenses do not exceed the approved budgets.
• Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Balance Sheet & other financial statements.
• Providing guidance for all legal and secretarial matters.
• JV Agreements â€" Checking and confirmation of commercial / legal issues.
• Overseeing all Taxation (Direct/Indirect) related matters.
• Strengthening of MIS and ensuring consistent flow of reliable information.
• Setting up effective internal audit systems and its monitoring
• All kind of Risk Management
• Overseas Finance ,Treasury activities including forex, commodities CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, Risk Management Legal , treasury, tax and insurance functions.
