Responsibilities:
• Creation of New Business Lines in the market through constant interaction with various Financial Institutions.
• Overseeing of Presentation of proposals, preparation of Cash Flows and Internal Credit Assessment.
• Responsible for overall operations for all transactions including Client Servicing, Structuring of Clearing Operations.
• Building relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
• Expanding & maintaining customer base and servicing the needs of existing customers.
• Supervising & reviewing a team and assessing the performance of team members in order to ensure the achievement of productivity levels in Corporate Funding
• Maintaining revenue and gross profit of key accounts while ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual organizational targets
• Monitored the entire gamut of clearing operations as per procedures/guidelines
• Responsible for managing relationship for Sub-custodian agents and Financial Market Intermediaries.
• Develop, implement, and revise company policies as needed.
• Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
• Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made.
• Assist the Managing Director in planning, organizing, and implementing fund-raising initiatives. Required Job Specifications: Education Requirements:- Bachelor&x27;s and/or Master&x27;s degree Annual CTC Required â€" Min 20-30 Lakhs. The candidate should possess more than 15 years of Managerial experience of Operations preferably in Broking, Exchanges.
