Hays Accountancy and Finance are proud to be working with this well-established engineering company in Coventry, to recruit a hard-working Credit Controller to join their proactive finance team.


Your new role
As credit controller the main purpose of your role will be to maintain all debtor accounts, to prepare cast forecasts and to complete VAT and Intrastat returns. You will build and maintain working relationships with external clients through monthly contact, providing credit control for all UK, German and US entities. You will be responsible for setting up new customers and checking credit limits for suppliers alongside the control and reconciliation of petty cash and AR control accounts and provision of monthly statements to all UK customers.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have recent experience in credit control. Exposure to international credit control and experience within the manufacturing industry is desirable, but not essential. You will be a hard-working and proactive individual who is confident with all aspects of credit control. You will be a team-player and comfortable confidently communicating with international and UK suppliers.
