My client is a Media Entertainment Company located conveniently in the heart of London. My client specialises in Advertising and deals with a variety well known clients.

Your new role
You will be working in friendly and upbeat office, for a company that really values their employee engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone stepping into their second role, looking for a new challenge. Your new role You will be reporting into the Finance Director, working within a wider finance team. You will need to have at least 1-2 years' experience in Finance and a studier (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable. Your day to day duties will include, but not limited to:

• Processing invoices - Match, batch and coding invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries, inputting staff expenses/ third party expenses
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment runs (BACS and CHAPS)

Accounts Receivable:

• Raising sales invoices
• Allocating payments
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Aged debt report

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA studier is desirable
• Strong Excel skills - V look ups, Pivot tables
