Job Details
As a credit controller you will be joining a busy finance team where you will report directly into the credit control team leader.You be assigned your own portfolio of clients and will be proactive in the reducing the aged debt.You will also be responsible for dealing with account and invoice resolutions in a timely manner and processing of credit or debit card payments.

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of clients
- Proactively chasing outstanding invoices via telephone and email
- Manage and maintain the sales ledger
- Develop and maintain client and internal relationships
- Resolving account and invoice queries
- Processing client and debit and credit card payments
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Previous credit control experience - Essential
- Excellent communication skills - Essential
- Strong customer service skills - Essential
- Account resolutions experience - Essential
- Positive and proactive attitude - Essential
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually - Essential
