Cherry Professional are exclusively partnering with a unique and growing business, based in Nottingham City Centre, who are seeking to employ a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent, part time basis . The business is very flexible over working hours but ideally will want someone to come in for 15 hours per week but this can be negotiable for the right Purchase Ledger Clerk . The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for managing a range of supplier accounts, processing purchase invoices and ensuring that their suppliers are paid in a timely manner. Key
Responsibilities:
Processing payments to suppliers Reconciling the sales / purchase ledger Managing expenses and petty cash Dealing with supplier queries Identifying invoices that need paid promptly and within credit terms Completing supplier reconciliation to ensure creditors listing is accurate Ensuring supplier details are maintained and correct VAT is issued. Ideal Person: A minimum of two years' experience working in purchase ledger Working knowledge of MS Excel Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
