An experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor is required to join a successful, market leading Company in Doncaster. Joining the business on a contract basis for a period of 9-12 months, you will provide maternity cover for the Purchase Ledger Supervisor by supervising and helping to support a team of 4 purchase ledger clerks. This is a busy office environment and the role requires an experienced individual with a very hands on approach and a thorough understanding of the full end to end purchase to pay process. As an organised, proactive Supervisor you will oversee the team, enabling them to process complex purchase invoices and ensuring the purchase ledger department runs smoothly and that all items are processed accurately. Duties will also include: Assisting with cash-flow forecasting Processing BACS and International payments Processing prepayments and performing account reconciliations and accruals Processing Intrastat returns Closing down the ledger at month end and reporting Clearing down the GRNI Allocating and posting cash Setting forecasts and targets Demonstrating an understanding of VAT rules Utilising pivot tables and complex excel spreadsheets Working for a period of 9 to 12 months, you will be eligible for 28 days annual leave, pension scheme, Life Assurance cover, free on site parking and Health Cash Plan Scheme.
