An established client of mine currently has a vacancy for an experienced Credit Controller to join their accounts team on a full-time, permanent basis. The working hours of this role will be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch Please read through the job description below and apply if relevant to you. Duties of this role will include: - Monitoring the bank account on a daily basis and checking payments received. - Entering payments received - Reconciling Customer Accounts against payments received - Raising invoices - Chasing outstanding payment on invoices - Raising necessary legal paperwork for outstanding invoices to recover debt - Handling customer queries via phone and email - Weekly aged Debtors reporting - Daily cashflow updates - Daily payment received updates The successful candidate will be: - Sound basic understanding of accounting techniques/principles/practice - Minimum 2-3 years Credit-controller/AR experience - Motivated and confident individual who can communicate well at all levels - ACCA studier/CIMA studier/AAT-finalist preferable Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
