Purchase Ledger Stevenage £18,000 - £22,000 A large well-known business in Stevenage are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Team Manager, this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business during an exciting time of growth and change. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:- Update, maintain and reconcile purchase order and delivery logs on a weekly basis Ensure the accurate and timely reconciliation of supplier invoices to purchase order and delivery logs Scanning & registering of purchase invoices and employee expenses Ensure that customer service to suppliers and internal customers are provided professionally and in line with agreed service level agreements at the highest standard Supplier statement reconciliations Ensure proper and timely filing of documents Other ad hoc duties when required Skills and experience you will require as the Purchase Ledger Clerk:- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven record of delivering customer satisfaction Excellent attention to detail Competent with MS Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills The successful candidate MUST be available immediately, or on one weeks' notice and should expect a salary between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience, a good benefits package and a friendly, professional working environment.
