London | salary up to £ 30,000 A leading software company is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to look after the DACH and WSE regions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly ambitious, global technology business. Principle Accountabilities of the role:
• Ownership of all collections for the DACH & WSE regions
• Partnering with both our Clients and Internal Departments to resolve all queries ensuring Customer satisfaction and earliest possible payment.
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Maintain accurate cash forecasting for Your region's collections
• Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management
• Undertake account reconciliations as required
• Aid with Master Data control
• Maintain Customer Self Service Portals where required
• Supporting in Sales meetings both internal and external
• Ad Hoc Revenue duties Essential Skills, Qualifications and Behaviours 1-3 Years' experience within a European Credit Control function Must possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting at all levels and with all stakeholders Be able to work independently, creatively and conscientiously and have a high willingness to perform.
