Assistant Accountant Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our client is a growing and forward-thinking company seeking an AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA studying Assistant Accountant to join their successful team on a temporary basis. This job would suit an experienced, detailed and inquisitive Assistant Accountant who has previous experience in transactional accounting and double entry bookkeeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is strong Excel. The company is currently undergoing a huge period of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an all-round accounting role, with at least 4 years' experience working in a finance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing payments, reconciliations and be very organised. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering accurate standard of work. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with non-finance staff as the individual may be required to travel overseas from time to time.
