We are seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Director to lead this business through continued growth phase within a high energy and fast paced environment. As Finance & Operations Director you will be leading the Accounting and Operations functions, in a highly commercial and strategic role where your focus will be on strengthening their focus on improved financial and operational performance to aid company expansion plans. With a hands on leadership style, you will feel comfortable challenging current processes and controls, implementing and managing improvements across finance and operations and driving positive change. Candidates for this position must hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) and possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to motivate and inspire across the business, having the ability to think pro-actively and outside the box. As you will be working at the Strategic Senior Finance level, you will naturally have sound business acumen and the ability to problem solve with the ambition to drive a business forward. Experience of working in a similar post for an expanding SME Wholesale / Retail / Manufacturing business is essential.
