We're now looking for a Finance Manager to join our team on a part time basis for 3 or 4 days per week. This is the ideal role for a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified accounting or finance professional with a great management style to take on a new challenge with a leading training provider. As the Finance Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring the financial health of our company through a range of vital accounting and financial advisory tasks. This is a very hands-on operational role, you will support the senior management team in financial decision-making and provide a range of management reporting solutions to enable this. Your role will also involve: - Leading the production of financial and management information - Reviewing bids and contracts from a financial perspective - Supporting the preparation of the budget - Developing the finance business plan - Managing a small team Interested? To be considered, you will need: - To be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified - Experience of managing a small finance function - Previous experience of the full annual financial cycle - Experience of working with auditors and external support Experience of managing projects and IT systems would be beneficial to your application.
